The world puts a lot of pressure on men, while sometimes undervaluing our contribution to society. You have incredible value to give to the world, and we’re here to help you find it.
12 Live Workshops on Unapologetic Masculine Leadership with Jonathan Westbrook & Charlie Moritz. Our workshops will give you tools that have been proven, researched and applied and that help you master your leadership position. The topics are:
Leaders don't make excuses, but that doesn't mean we don't understand what brought us here and how we make decisions to move forward. Leaders own our choices, because that allows us to change and adapt.
We make our best work when we focus on producing, and remove our fragile ego from the equation.
All of us contain multitudes. We are not one thing. This lesson will teach you to embrace your passions, and become a better leader for it.
We cannot hope to take care of others when we do not practice self-care. Learning how to balance is essential to have the space to do the best work you are capable of, and to empower others to do the same.
Nobody is coming to save you, but you can save yourself. Leaders don't make others take responsibility for their feelings and needs, and by doing so we help build resilience.
Competition is important and helps us grow, but nobody in the world is capable of building a skyscraper alone. Leaders draw circles around their group and bring people in so we can build things than none of us would be capable of alone.
"He who has a why to live can bear almost any how." When you know what your mission is, people will naturally look to you to lead.
It is so much easier to be a caring and compassionate leader when you realise that we are all just children in adult's bodies. We struggle with insecurities and challenges, and understanding is so much more powerful than judgement.
Punishment and revenge create resentment. Nothing can destroy a family or a business more completely than resentment, so in this lesson we learn tools to create useful constraints that help us deal with frustration.
Telling the truth is powerful. Lying pulls you to pieces and wraps you in knots. Being truthful and following your word, even when it's hard, will help you build strong momentum towards your goals.
Coming full circle to our starting lessons, the 11th workshop is about how your decisions frame who you are. We become what we do, so lets talk about the choices that propel us forward little by little, day by day.
The final workshop has us looking forward to the future wise leader we will become. This isn't the end, this is just the start of what is coming next.
A soldier and a father, and a man who realises that in order to send someone into combat he needs to use the power of his mind, body and heart in unison.
A business owner and teacher in Japan, an explorer who uses emotional understanding to connect with and empower young people.
